This course is for California HERS Raters pursuing Nonresidential certification. Subjects in this course include:

Nonresidential Overview
Nonresidential Field Diagnostic Inspections

This course has a practice quiz and a final exam. After completing the exam with a passing rate of 80% or higher, you will receive CHEERS Nonresidential certification.

Prerequisites: You must have California HERS Rater certification to take this course.
Length: 1 hour
