This course is for Certified ECC Raters who intend to verify projects participating in the DOE Efficient New Homes Version 2 program after January 1, 2026.

This course covers the Version 2 Revision 2 Updates for the Single Family Homes - California program. Raters certifying DOE Efficient Homes projects must successfully complete this training module by February 17, 2026. If a Rater has not completed the training by the end of this period, they are not eligible to inspect or certify DOE Efficient Homes projects pending successful completion of this module.

This course consists of the Version 2 Rev 2 Update and Rater Assessment.
