This course is for Certified HERS Raters who intend to verify projects participating in the DOE's Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) Version 2 program after February 16, 2025.

This course covers the Version 2 Revision 1 Updates for the Single Family Homes - Version 2 California program. Raters certifying ZERH projects must successfully complete this training module before February 16, 2025. If a Rater has not completed the training by the end of this period, they are not eligible to inspect or certify ZERH projects pending successful completion of this module.

This course consists of the Version 2 Rev 1 Update and Rater Assessment.
