ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction (MFNC) Version 1 Training for HERS Raters

This course is for HERS Raters and will cover the topics necessary to certify homes under the EPA's ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction Homes program. This training presents the technical content of the Rater Design Review Checklist and Rater Field Checklist and takes the trainee through each section of the checklist, explaining how to verify each requirement and interpret any corresponding footnotes.
