This course is only for Raters that have completed the ZERH Program Overview prior to November 1st, 2024.

This course is for HERS Raters who intend to verify projects participating in the DOE's Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) Version 2 program.

This course covers the required training for the Single Family Homes - Version 2 California program. Raters certifying ZERH projects must successfully complete this training module before November 16, 2024. If a Rater has not completed the training by the end of this period, they are not eligible to inspect or certify ZERH projects pending successful completion of this module.

This course contains videos, practice quizzes between modules, and a final exam at the end.
